Constraints Analysis
A reconnaissance level site survey is conducted to identify potentially occurring
special status habitats and species (e.g. wetlands, and endangered plants
and animals), which may present regulatory issues of concern during site
development. A constraints analysis is produced to determine if further studies
will be required and to outline potential mitigation costs related to the
project, or as an aid in the due diligence process at the site. |
