Permitting
Permits need to be prepared to comply with Sec. 401/404 of the CWA through
the Corps and the water board in the event that wetlands are to be impacted
as a result of development. Impacts to creeks and streams also require a
Streambed
Alteration
Agreement from the DFG. If the project site lies within the Service potential
range of the CTS, further studies may be required to determine the extent
of mitigation for impacts to CTS habitat, as outlined in the Santa Rosa Plain
Conservation Strategy. |
